A lot of SE Aurora lots look out on the Aurora Reservoir, the golf courses, and the Front Range. We build the deck, the covered area, the outdoor kitchen, and the fire feature so the whole backyard frames that view — not just a deck stuck on the back of the house.

So many SE Aurora lots have reservoir, golf, and Front Range views worth keeping. We lay out the deck, kitchen and fire feature around that view, and use thin railing and open view fences so nothing blocks it.
The clay under SE Aurora swells up when it gets wet, and that's what pushes a build up off the house. We set the posts and footings down deep, about three feet, to solid ground, so a wet spring can't lift it.
The Front Range sits in what folks call Hail Alley, and the sun out here is strong. We build covered areas for hail and shade, and use tougher materials so your backyard holds up summer after summer.
The City of Aurora runs its own building office (303-739-7420) and permits the whole city — not the county. Your HOA has to say yes first, and on golf or reservoir lots the back has to keep an open view fence. We handle it all.
