What we build

A real roof over your patio.

Out here a patio cover isn't just for shade — it's what saves your furniture, your grill, and your day when a hailstorm rolls in. We build covers that take the hit so you don't have to.

Covered decks

We roof over your new or existing deck so you can sit out in the rain, hail, or midday sun. Tied into the house so water runs off the right way.

Gable & shed roofs

A peaked gable roof for an open, airy feel, or a simpler shed roof that sheds snow off the back. We'll match it to your house lines.

Solid roofs that shed hail

We build solid covers — not flimsy panels — that take a hailstorm and keep going. If you've patched a cover after a storm, you know the difference.

Shade from the strong sun

A cover knocks down the harsh midday sun so your patio stays cool and your furniture stops fading. You actually use the space again.

Lights, fans & finish

Add recessed lights, a fan, or a finished ceiling so the covered space feels like a real room, not a lean-to.

Tied into the house the right way

Where the cover meets the house is where leaks start. We flash and seal that joint so water runs off and your siding and roof stay dry.

Patio Covers in your town

We build patio cover across the Front Range.

Pick your town to see how we build patio cover right there — the soil, the weather, the permits, and the HOA rules are a little different in each one.

Built for Colorado

Hail, snow, and sun are exactly why you want a cover. We build for all three.

The Front Range sits in Hail Alley, under heavy snow and strong sun. A patio cover is your defense — but only if it's built to take the beating instead of becoming the next repair.

Right in Hail Alley

We get some of the worst hail in the country — over 100 storms within ten miles of some towns since 2004. We build solid covers that shed the hail instead of cracking under it.

Heavy snow load

A cover holds snow all winter. We size the roof framing and the posts for our snow so it carries the weight instead of sagging or caving.

Strong altitude sun

The cover's main job in summer is shade. It cuts the harsh sun so your patio stays cool and your furniture and floor stop fading.

Permits and HOA approval

A roofed structure almost always needs a permit and an inspection, and most HOAs review it. We pull the permit and fill out the HOA paperwork so yours is approved and safe.

Patio Covers questions

What homeowners ask us.

What kind of patio covers do you build?
Covered decks, gable roofs, and shed roofs — solid covers that shed hail and snow. We're a family-owned crew, and Jon and Janessa Lang are on every job.
Will a cover really stand up to our hail?
That's what it's for. We build solid roofs, not flimsy panels, so they take a Front Range hailstorm and keep going. Lots of our covers go up after a homeowner is tired of patching storm damage.
Can you cover my existing deck or patio?
Usually, yes. We can roof over a deck or patio you already have, as long as the framing below is sound — we'll check it first and tell you straight.
Will the snow be a problem on the roof?
No, if it's sized right. We frame the roof and set the posts for our snow load so it carries the weight all winter instead of sagging.
Do I need a permit or HOA approval?
Almost always. A roofed structure needs a permit and inspection, and most HOAs review it. We pull the permit and fill out the HOA paperwork for you.
How much does a patio cover cost?
It depends on size, roof style, and extras like lights or a fan. You get a free, itemized estimate with every cost laid out — no hidden fees.
