Parker sits up on the Palmer Divide, on clay that swells up when it gets wet, under strong sun and some of the worst hail in the country. Whatever we build for you — deck, fence, or cover — we build it for that.
The clay under Parker swells up when it gets wet — enough to push a deck or fence post out of the ground. We dig the posts down deep to solid ground so a wet spring can't lift them.
Up on the Divide the wind moves and the snow can come down heavy. We set posts deep and build frames, covers, and fences that don't lean or blow down.
Parker gets some of the worst hail anywhere — three to five big storms in a normal year. We use tougher boards and siding and build covered decks for folks tired of fixing the damage.
In the Town of Parker, every deck needs a permit no matter the size — we pull it online for you. The Pinery and Pradera are county, so those go through Douglas County instead. And many neighborhoods, like Stonegate, have a committee that checks your plans first. We handle all of it.

After a few hundred Front Range builds, the requests from this town are predictable in the best way. Odds are yours is on this list — and we've already solved it.
The Pinery and Pradera are full of big, treed, sloped lots where the back of the house sits well above the yard. We build decks that step down the slope, level by level, and tuck in around the pines.
If your lot backs the Cherry Creek Trail or open space in Stonegate or Stroh Ranch, the HOA usually wants a see-through rear fence, not a solid one. We know the rule and build the right fence so it's approved the first time.
On the hilltop lots in Idyllwilde, Pradera, and Colorado Golf Club, you can see Pikes Peak and the Front Range. We use thin cable or metal railing so the railing almost disappears and the view doesn't.
If you've patched a deck or roof after a Parker storm, you're not alone. We build covered decks and pergolas so you get shade in the summer and a roof over your head when the hail comes.
Out at Colorado Golf Club and the bigger Pradera lots, the homes are large and so are the backyards. We build wrap-around decks, outdoor kitchens, and fire features to match.
